Thank you for using our services. We design them to help you do your best work. Because we don’t know every one of our users personally, we have to put in place these Terms of Service to establish clear expectations.

When we say "Company", "we", "our", or "us" in this document, we are referring to Creative Coffee Network.

When we say "Services", we mean our websites and any products or applications we create and maintain, whether delivered within a web browser, desktop application, mobile application, or another format.

When we say "You" or "your", we are referring to the individuals or organizations that own an account with one or more of our Services.

Account Terms

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for added security.
  2. You may not use the Services for any unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws.
  3. You are responsible for all content and activity that occurs under your account.
  4. You must be a human. Automated account creation is not permitted.

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

  1. Free versions of our Services do not require a credit card and we do not sell your data.
  2. For paid Services, a valid payment method is required after any free trial period. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or cancellation.
  3. Upgrades or downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless otherwise noted.
  4. Prices do not include taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
  5. Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. You can cancel your account using the cancellation options within the Service. Contact support if you need assistance.
  2. Content becomes inaccessible immediately upon cancellation and will be permanently deleted within a defined period.
  3. Cancellations are effective immediately and you will not be billed again.
  4. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause.
  5. Abuse of our staff may result in immediate account termination.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
  2. If we change prices, we will give advance notice via email or in-product messaging.

Uptime, Security, and Privacy

  1. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.
  2. Accounts with excessive usage may be temporarily disabled to maintain performance for all users.
  3. We take steps to secure your data, including encryption and backups.
  4. By using our Services, you agree that we may process your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  5. We use third-party vendors for infrastructure and operations. See our list of subprocessors for more information.
  6. Under relevant privacy regulations, we act as a "service provider" and handle your data only as needed to deliver the Services.
  7. Our Data Processing Agreement applies when required by data protection laws.

Copyright and Content Ownership

  1. You retain all rights to content you post, and grant us a limited license to use it for service delivery.
  2. You may not duplicate or reuse any part of the Services without our written permission.
  3. Content must comply with applicable copyright laws.

Features and Bugs

We strive to build reliable and useful services, but no software is perfect. We track bugs and prioritize fixes related to security and core functionality.

Liability

YOU AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
